What we do

Interior renovations

We plan and build interior renovations around your home, your priorities, and how each room needs to function and connect to the spaces around it.

The Work

Interior renovations may involve one room, several connected spaces, or an entire floor. In every case, the new work needs to account for the home's existing layout, natural light, architectural details, and surrounding finishes. Changes made to one room can influence how the rest of the home looks and functions, so we keep the wider interior in view. This allows the renovated spaces to feel intentional, cohesive, and connected to what surrounds them.

What We Handle

Interior renovations bring construction, carpentry, surface preparation, and finishing work into the same areas of the home. We organize these elements under one project plan so the work moves from the initial changes through to the final finishes in a clear sequence.

Interior renovations depend on many small connections being resolved correctly. We oversee how the layout, surfaces, carpentry, and finishes come together so the completed spaces feel cohesive and the quality remains consistent throughout.

Layout and Wall Changes

We carry out the wall and opening changes included in the approved plan, coordinating the related construction and finishing work. Each change is considered in relation to movement through the home and the way adjoining rooms are used.

Flooring

New flooring needs to account for the condition of the surface below, changes in level, and transitions between rooms. We coordinate preparation and installation across the areas included in the renovation so the floor reads as one continuous part of the interior.

Trim and Interior Doors

We coordinate interior doors, baseboards, casings, and other trim as part of the overall design. Consistent profiles, proportions, and installation details give the renovated spaces a clean and connected finish.

Painting and Finishing

Painting is planned around the new construction, repaired surfaces, and the colours used from room to room. Careful preparation and finishing bring the completed work together and create a consistent final appearance.

A Clear Path Through Your Interior Renovation

An interior renovation can affect several rooms, trades, and daily routines at once. We organize the project into four clear stages so the main decisions are settled early and you understand how the work will move forward.

  1. Project Discovery

We begin with a visit to understand the existing interior, the areas you want to change, and how those spaces are currently used. Measurements and site observations help us define a scope that responds to your home and priorities.

  2. Design Decisions

We develop the proposed direction and work through the layout, materials, and principal finishing decisions with you. Confirming these elements before construction gives the project a clear and coordinated foundation.

  3. Interior Construction

With the direction approved, we coordinate the work from preparation and layout changes through installation and final finishing. We keep you informed as each stage progresses and raise questions promptly when your input is required.

  4. Completion and Handover

We review the renovated spaces with you and identify any final items that need attention. Those items are completed before the project is formally handed over.

Work inside an existing home can reveal conditions within walls, floors, or ceilings that were not visible at the outset. If that happens, we explain what has been found, how it may affect the work, and the available options before proceeding.
