What we do

Exterior renovations

We plan and build exterior renovations around the condition of your home, your priorities, and how each part needs to look and perform.

The Work

An exterior renovation needs to respect the proportions and character of the existing home while improving the areas that are worn, dated, or no longer performing as they should. We consider the materials, colours, openings, trim, and transitions together so the finished exterior feels cohesive and appropriate to the property. By carrying one direction through every area, the result feels like part of the home rather than a collection of separate replacements.

What We Handle

Exterior renovations bring several materials and installation details together across the home. We manage the work as one coordinated project, with attention to how each new element meets the existing structure and the finishes around it.

Our experience with exterior renovations helps us recognize where materials, openings, and finishing details need to meet correctly. We oversee those connections throughout the work so the result is consistent across the home and carefully resolved at every transition.

Siding and Exterior Finishes

We replace and install siding and exterior finishes with careful attention to preparation, alignment, trim, and transitions. Material and colour selections are considered in relation to the architecture of the home so the finished result feels intentional.

Windows

We coordinate window replacement with the surrounding trim and exterior finishes, paying close attention to how each opening is prepared and completed. This allows the new windows to sit cleanly within the overall exterior.

Exterior Doors

We replace exterior doors with attention to fit, operation, and the way the frame and trim meet the surrounding exterior. Each door is treated as part of the overall renovation rather than as an isolated change.

Front Entrances

A front entrance often brings several visible elements together. We coordinate the door, steps, railings, lighting, trim, and surrounding finishes included in the project so the entrance feels connected to the home.

A Clear Path to Your Finished Exterior

Exterior work involves several connected decisions, from the areas being updated to the materials and finishing details used throughout. We organize those decisions into four clear stages so you understand how the project will move forward.

  1. Project Discovery

We visit your property to review the existing exterior, discuss the changes you are considering, and record the measurements and visible conditions relevant to the work. This gives us a clear starting point for defining the project.

  2. Design Decisions

We develop the scope and work through the principal materials, colours, openings, and finishing details with you. Confirming these decisions before construction creates a coordinated direction for the exterior.

  3. Exterior Construction

Once the direction is approved, we manage the removal, preparation, installation, and finishing work in the planned sequence. We keep you informed as construction progresses and raise questions promptly when your input is required.

  4. Completion and Handover

We review the completed exterior with you and identify any final items requiring attention. Those items are addressed before the project is formally completed.

Exterior materials can conceal conditions that are not visible before removal. If we uncover deterioration, moisture-related damage, or an unexpected construction detail, we explain the issue and the available options before the related work continues.
